Diana Nagorna

Felted Flowers 2.0 is simply over-the-top beautiful. Diana has an extraordinary ability to take wool and turn it into flowers that are sculptural, delicate and remarkably alive. Just seeing what is possible in this class inspired me to start creating. As an experienced felter, I especially appreciate a class that makes me want to explore, experiment and take the techniques in my own direction. Diana continues to inspire me not just to make what she teaches, but to imagine what I can create from what I learn. Absolutely beautiful work and another inspiring class from Diana Nagorna.

Diana, you know that I am a fan - and I love all your courses - and I've purchased quite a few :). This one is extra special - when I saw you add and stretch the locks - I was so happy because it's one of the most favourite techniques I learned from you. I use it whenever I can - it always brings the piece to life but it's also such a pleasure to do! As you say, it's a meditation. It's going to be a while before I can actually make this shawl - I'm busy with a rug at the moment but I've already watched the video twice, so in my head, I'm ready to start. I enjoy that you are narrating the course as you do it - and appreciate that you do it in English - which is amazing. Stay safe and thank you for being such an inspiration to me.

This is the third course I have bought from Diana (your English is getting better!) and always learn a new technique or two when I watch the class. I am excited to try my own shawl soon, but don’t have Margilan silk - hoping to try this technique using silk scarves in my stash. The scarf is absolutely stunning and very free flowing - find your favorite colour palette and go for it!

Diana is incredibly knowledgeable instructor and makes it easy to follow along and learn new techniques. I also recommend this class highly enough to anyone interested in exploring their creative side.
